Optional free REGIO-Customer account
You can log in with Google or with a verified email address at REGIO Log in. Registration is processed via Google Firebase Authentication; Google processes your login ID and email address. The Firebase login components are loaded by Google when you open the account login page. A technically necessary, secure login cookie is valid for up to one hour for regiorein.de and app.regiorein.de and can be renewed if you are actively logged in. The customer account only links receipts that you have scanned or explicitly imported. The order status remains accessible even without a customer account. The introduction to the AI voice chat lasts a total of three minutes without registration; after that, a free customer account is required. For this purpose, we store a random browser identifier in a secure cookie (for up to one year) and a derived test value with the used test time on the server. No recordings or conversation content are stored for this time limit. The voluntary conversation analysis is separate. The limit applies per browser; other devices or deleted cookies cannot be reliably assigned to the same person. The text chat remains available without registration.
AI Customer Assistant
When you submit a question to the AI assistant, your message and the previous conversation history are processed via the OpenAI API to generate the answer. Please do not enter any personal or sensitive data. Without your explicit, voluntary consent for conversation analysis, your data will not be stored.REGIO The chat will not be permanently open. Only text contributions or completed audio transcripts sent after sharing are saved, along with the language, order, and technical response or connection times. Audio recordings, photos, IP addresses, and links to your customer account are not saved for this analysis. Identifiable contact, bank, and order information is technically removed; however, complete anonymization of any free text cannot be guaranteed. Please do not include any personal or sensitive data.

Optional photos in AI chat: You can select a photo of a textile or care label. First, you grant AI photo processing and camera access via the photo icon. Then, you select a saved photo or take a new one. After camera access, the camera will be temporarily deactivated. You can take new photos in a full-screen camera view on this website; alternatively, in case of technical problems, you can use your device's camera function. The camera will be deactivated when you close the page or when it goes into the background. No audio is requested. Only when you click "Send" will a reduced-size copy and your question be transmitted to the OpenAI API for initial assessment. Optional AI voice function: The microphone in the message field starts a dictation; the microphone next to it starts an AI-generated speech conversation. Both use the same browser microphone permission. If permission hasn't been granted yet, the browser will ask for it when the microphone is tapped. The selected function starts immediately after permission is granted. Speech and conversation content are processed via the OpenAI API to generate responses.REGIO No voice recordings are permanently saved. Spoken contributions are recorded as a conversation history in the browser for switching between text and speech and are transmitted to the OpenAI API for follow-up questions. When switching between text and speech, as well as between pages in the same browser tab, the text history is temporarily retained; however, the provider's technical security and abuse logs may still be generated. The conversation duration is limited to three minutes in the browser. Alternatively, you can dictate a message of up to one minute using "Dictate message." During dictation, the speech is converted to text live via the OpenAI API and displayed directly in the message field. Tapping the microphone again ends the dictation. The text is only sent as a chat message after you have reviewed it and clicked "Send."REGIO This does not create a permanent voice recording. The microphone is muted when you click "Exit," close the assistant, or switch to the background. Please do not mention any personal or sensitive data.
