1. Scope and services
These general terms apply to contracts for textile cleaning, alterations, leather cleaning and repairs, rug cleaning, wedding dress cleaning, ironing and comparable services provided by REGIO Textilpflege&Schneiderei. The nature and scope of the service are determined by the agreement made when the items are accepted.
2. Customer obligations
When dropping off items, please inform us of any known stains, pre-treatments, material characteristics, hidden damage, and any special requests. Bags must be emptied before drop-off. Care labels, matching parts, and detachable accessories should all be presented.
3. Inspection of the items being cleaned
We inspect the submitted items to the usual extent. However, undetectable material or manufacturing defects, incorrect care instructions, insufficient colorfastness, age-related weakening, and hidden pre-existing damage can affect the result. Complete removal of every stain cannot be guaranteed.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion apply. Prices listed on the website are indicative prices including statutory VAT and are predominantly "starting" prices. The final price may depend on factors such as materials, feed, stocking, accessories, level of soiling, and labor involved, and will be confirmed after inspection. Payment is generally due upon collection, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Completion and collection
Completion dates are binding if expressly agreed as binding. Express alterations in 1–2 hours at no extra charge, with no advance appointment required. Same-day cleaning is not always possible. On request, we can clean your clothes by the next day. Please present the collection slip or other suitable proof when collecting. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Complaints
Please inspect returned items and report any visible defects as soon as possible so we can investigate and rectify the situation if necessary. This request does not restrict consumers' statutory rights regarding defects.
7. Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. No limitations of liability apply for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory statutory provisions. In the case of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage to the extent permitted by law.
8. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in ourPrivacy PolicyYou can contact us by phone or email, without using WhatsApp.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless this would deprive the holder of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of habitual residence. The statutory places of jurisdiction apply. Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
